WHY REAL ESTATE?
I was once told that sometimes the best careers are the ones you just 'fall into', and that's how it happened for me. I was an administrator for a year and a half at a real estate company and had multiple people tell me "hey, why don't you become a REALTOR®, you'd be great at that!" So almost 10 years later here I am. My personality seems to fit the career very well as I am great with technology, highly organized, like the versatility and change it offers daily, and I get to meet new and interesting people everyday. Honestly it could have not worked out better for me. I love my job!
SO YOUR A SALES PERSON?
Yes that is my job but not my personality.
Have you ever walked into a store and had somebody follow you around and try to sell you everything you touch?.... I have and it always makes me want to run out of the store as fast as I can! I don't behave this way with my clients and will not with you either. I like to be patient and honest with you, give you the tools and advice you need to feel comfortable with your decisions and provide you with insight so you don't miss out on any great opportunities. An investment in real estate is a big decision and one that I want you to be happy with whether it be buying or selling your home. I look forward to offering you the highest quality of service!
As a seller I think its important you can communicate with your REALTOR®, voice your concerns and work out solutions to help sell your property. Someone who’s going to work hard to advertise your property so it’s not missed by the public whether it’s online searches or in person communication. I also believe its important to have someone representing you that buyers also trust and feel comfortable with.
As a buyer I feel its important to have someone you can rely on to inform you of any potential concerns with a property as well as any unseen advantages. I will take the time to help you find what you are looking for and make sure you enjoy the buying process. There are a lot of things that need to be organized and that’s just one part of how I help. I want it to feel easy and be an exciting experience for my buyers.
